Florian Favre

Florian Favre, the shooting star among young Swiss pianists, has not only won a few piano competitions. He recently received his Master's Degree (under Django Bates) at the Swiss Jazz School in Bern  – an "official" confirmation of his skills, which resulted in cooperation in a jazz context (e.g., with New York Voices and Patti Austin), but also far beyond that (Kutti MC, Stefan Eicher). His versatility convinces his listeners in his very varied playing with outstanding technique.
